About Deal Labs
Deal Labs will focus on practical conversations around partnerships, trade and business opportunities across agrifood value chains. Unlike the main summit day, Deal Labs is designed for smaller, more focused interactions where participants can move from conversation to commitment.

Working Lunch & Bilateral Meetings
Informal lunch with pre-arranged one-to-one meetings between founders, investors and buyers.
Next Steps & Commitments
Groups reconvene to share outcomes, articulate next steps and record commitments made during the day.
Closing Remarks & Farewell
Formal close of the Summit with a summary of outcomes and commitments from across all three days.
